By accessing or using RoomShare SA, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use RoomShare SA. By using our platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Providers are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of their listings. Providers must not misrepresent their properties, rental terms, or personal identity.
Seekers must not misrepresent themselves to providers. Seekers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering any rental agreement.
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. All payments are processed by PayFast. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
You may not use RoomShare SA to post fraudulent listings, harass other users, spam, or engage in any illegal activity. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
RoomShare SA is a platform connecting seekers and providers. We are not a party to any rental agreement and are not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions between users.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
